I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Well I have finished the review and pass it on part of my work, and am now doing the time intensive, no thought, lots of sit & wait part of the work.

Is there any preference on metric or imperial for the cookbook?

move out and draw fire

I was hoping to include a metric/imperial conversion table in the cookbook. (And a Celsius/Farenheit conversion for oven temps...I don't have gas mark conversions but can find them.)

So, no preference as far as I'm concerned, but it's a good question - anybody else have thoughts?

Thunderstorm! Hope this cools things off. In the meantime, kinda stuck at work.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It's t-storming here, and that has indeed helped with the coolnessing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just had crazy horizontal sheets of rain out my window, but it seems to have calmed down some, although it's still thundering. I guess that means it's laundry time.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I expect that some t-storms will get here eventually, but so far they seem to have skipped southern RI. It's currently overcast, breezy, and "only" in the mid-eighties. Still like soup outside, just slightly cooler soup. I took the opportunity to reinstall the hard lid for my truck's bed, replacing the soft tonneau cover that I've been riding around with since I helped Nutty move. (The lid turns my truck bed into an enormous trunk, which nice and secure, but not so handy when moving furniture.) Even with the lower temp and stiff breeze, I wound up drenched in sweat.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

In my neighborhood, we've had thunder and lightning, but so far no rain. It's very annoying.

(I ended up going to the gym, figuring that if I was going to be sitting around sweating anyway, I should at least be doing something productive with it.)
