It's really hot here, but my AC is OK. However, I think my Tivo just died. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, and it worked for about a minute, then went all blinky again.

Hey, there everyone. Almanzo and I have just found a great apartment in Rushcutters' Bay - it's in our budget, great neighborhood and we can move in next week. If our application goes through.
