It has to be proposed in Bureau, seconded, and then voted on (2/3 majority needed).
First, they get a warning and then 10 other people have to say that the vampire deserves the staking and then we vote on what kind of stake to use and who gets to stake them.
I'm fairly certain stabbing a board member in the heart would count as a personal attack.
See, I don't think sexual orientation has anything to do with love, any more than sexual attraction has anything to do with being in love.
I don't, either. I don't actually really see a difference between sexual orientation and sexual attraction for what it's worth, either.
So whether or not love is a choice is a totally different issue than whether or not sexual orientation is a choice. One is an emotion, the other is hormones.
Right. Well, I think attraction, although fueled by hormones is probably crafted by a lot of stuff, and different stuff in different people.
Well, yes, but they are ok as long as everyone votes on it, right?
I have a new list.
Frankenbuddha, Tommyrot and Aimee are all on it.

Even if it occurs in meat space? Because it seems to me that would fall under back channel.
*I* didn't say you should be staked. I was just reviewing the staking policy for someone who asked.
Now that I've been listed.....
Frankenbuddha, Tommyrot and Aimee are all on it.
Feh. I have no fear!
At least during daylight....
