My feelings on Stargate (both the original flavor and the Aquarium) are this: I suspect it is only merely mediocre and people are starved for Science Fiction on TV and now everybody is going to scamper toward Battlestar Galactica.
What, we can only like good shows? I'll be honest, BSG's pretty dark for my taste. I like SG1.

I gave up on
Six Feet Under.
It was just plain depressing. This probably delimits my appetite for "dark", because it worked for me up to this season.
eta: That was in sequence. Really. It was.
We just started rewatching The Job, now that it's out on DVD. (Yes, we had preordered it.)
Man, that was some good shit. I'd forgotten how enjoyable it was.
Holy crap. There is a show (
The Job
) that is on DVD that I have never heard of, and when I google, I get only bogus job offers for the first few pages.
There is a picture of my face next to "clueless" in your dictionary.
Sort of the beta version of Rescue Me. Critics loved it, ABC kept jerking the time slot around, and it died young.
Rescue Me.
Here is another show I quit this season.
It makes me want to drink.
It makes me want to drink.
The wind blowing across your earlobes makes you want to drink. Looking at your kites makes you want to drink. Thinking about monkeys? Drinky.
Posts from DavidS make me thirsty.
DavidS and Plei have convinced me that alcohol is the one true way. Any lacuna in my logic are Hec's fault.
Dude, I am afraid to go sleep because I have been having these dreams.
DavidS (Hec), and Plei have nothing to do with it.
