So there is something I can do, besides scream like a woman?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm going to give that a shot, after maybe a cup of chamomile tea.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Sounds like a plan.

Hey, do you know anything about either the Hotel casa del mar or Fairmont miramar hotel in Santa Monica?

Both are fancy?

The Casa Del Mar is the one with the restaurant on the boardwalk? If you stay there we could have breakfast there and watch the pretty people play on the rings.

Um. Dunno.

Looking at the prices, I think I would chose the Fairmont [link] unless I stayed with A. and E. on Friday, then I could afford Casa Del Mar [link]

If I stayed at the Fairmont, I can afford both nights.

oh! It is Casa Del Mar with the restaurant, Shutters. If we're here, you can stay with us Friday or if you just needed a place to stay and we're gone the offer still stands.

It looks like Vegas is going to be a no go for me, perkins, because I've picked up 2 different PD jobs which means I'm missing school more than I should to do those. Which sucks because it means my sick days become work days and not go to Vegas and play days.

Given that, it's possible I'll leave school on Friday and go up to yosemite for lori's birthday. But who knows? I am shut-in girl.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Will you be a shut-in this weekend? I wanna go to the paper source and buy a bath bomb on payday.

But not a bath bomb AT the paper source.

I'm really only a shut in if you don't get me out of the house before 9:30. Or if I don't have doctor's appointments. Or if I have to take my car out of the garage. Or if there is anything appealling to eat at home. Or if the air conditioning is on.

Or if these conditions combine.

Sad about Vegas, but understandable.
