I have no advice/opinion on pain meds. I've never found anything that helps with the migraines. (Although Excedrin Migraine is the only thing that works on my normal headaches).

Poking head to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is a double Buffista birthday, though of two whose posts I haven't seen here in quite a while: Ms. Havisham and Katerina Bee. I hope the well-wishes find their way to both of them somehow, that their day will be great and their year will be wonderful.
