What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

Thanks. I just had that epiphany about that when I stepped away.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Or he should call their 1/800 number and they'll let him know where to go.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Or he should call their 1/800 number and they'll let him know where to go.

Sounds like Plei's already pretty close to telling him where he can go.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, I don't get this. I like it, don't get me wrong, but what am I missing? $1776?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It's, um, extra patriotic?

What is even happening?

I don't know, I'm still missing it at $399. I'm thinking knock $300 off, and I'm still not sure. It's pretty, but a cashmere tank dress couldn't work for me. If it wasn't summer, I'd freeze. If it was summer, I'd be too hot.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I found out at 2:15 that I had training scheduled for 2:00.

The way my day is going, I'm just glad I wasn't the one who was doing the training.

$40. I'd buy it for $40.

I really should stay away from Bluefly, dammit. Something always tempts me.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Or he should call their 1/800 number and they'll let him know where to go.

You'd think. Though, honestly, I doubt they'd be able to answer his, "Umm, I'm in Long Beach, and I somehow got onto the Pacific Coast Highway, and I'm trying to get to the WaMu that I think's on Atlantic. Can you tell me where I am?" questions. Man, he's so lacking in practical sense that I'm amazed he can tie his own shoes. Oh. Wait. Velcro.

What is even happening?

I'd buy it for $40, and then I'd decide I was too fat for it, and it would hang in the back of my closet, and get moth eaten, or I'd put it in my cedar hope chest, and forget it was there.
