Just got the bill for one month of DSL: $275.00. I may be around a little less in the future.
Ah well, between baby and working out and cooking, the internet was eating up all my project time anyway.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

OUCH! does the embassy pay for any of it?
My alarm clock got unplugged during the night (I blame the cats). I had a 9:30 phone meeting (I blame morning people co-workers). I had to run from the subway to work (I blame the MTA for sending two trains before the train I needed).
Today=the blame game.
Now am hungry and a little stressed due to meetings straight through from 1-4. WAH.
I have a splitting headache. (I'm blaming my employer.)
I had a 9:00am meeting scheduled (I blame my manager) for me to give a presentation to which no one showed up on time (I blame my manager). In fact, two people showed up as I finished at 9:30.
Folk don't have enough shame.
I hate the folks who show up late to meetings and then ask a million questions to fill in on what they missed. I think latecomers give up their right to ask questions, or should at least preface each one with, "If this was asked already or covered before, please disregard..."
Let's talk about jeans. I bought a pair of jeans last night, my first pair in literally 15 years that were not Levi's men's button-fly 501 jeans. They are, instead, Levi's women's 515 nouveau boot-cut stretch jeans in dark cross-hatch [link] I luv them. Women's jeans that fit me, a real stunner! They make me feel all sassy and sexy. And were $30. I would be wearing them now, but no jeans at work.
Women's jeans technology has made great strides in the past 15 years. 1990 was the denim dark ages.
...skip...
If this was asked already or covered before, please disregard... (not really though)
Kate, congrats on library school! Does going to Simmons mean you'll be living in Boston?
They make me feel all sassy and sexy.
I will note that you already were this.
I would be wearing them now, but no jeans at work.
Also, that you're in the wrong department. Mwahahhaha!
