Maybe he's not lying or denying. Maybe he's pedantic. If he never filled out any sort of application, made any actions to "join" or paid any dues, he may never have considered himself a member, and might find it disconcerting to be reported as being one. That would bug me. Are Dershowitz, Dukakis, and Barney Frank members because they're listed as participants/speakers on the website?

bon, i don't especially like the chicken little hand wringing about federalism. I'm a fan of Madison. i just want to know if he smells like Scalia, if that makes any sense. I want to know what he thinks about Loving v. Virginia, and Griswold.
