You know, I've saved lives. Dozens. Maybe hundreds. I reattached a girl's leg. Her whole leg. She named her hamster after me. I got a hamster. He drops a box of money, he gets a town.

I'm getting the pig!

Can I come visit, so I can kill it, just like I did Steph's, and Aurelia's, and Nicole's?

Perkin's has quite the gift. I was more that a tad impressed with her ability to kill my free wireless hook-up in less than six hours.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

It's a gift!

I'm just like Buffy!

I just got a catalogue from Monterey Bay clothing, and it has lots of clothing that is almost but not quite stuff I want. Like this [link] would be cute, if not for the fringe, which I don't like.

eta: msbelle is making me cry.

oh, poo. I kid, I kid.

I do not think I can fully explain how much I love having a fast connection at home for free. OMG.

It does rock, doesn't it?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

This was about 800 posts ago, but I'm so surprised I have to say: the recordings of Shakespeare? The modern dialect, I couldn't understand a word. The Mock Tudor dialect, suddenly it was all perfectly clear. And I'm from Tennessee. It's not like I talk like that.

Of course you can explain it.

We're still in love with our at home wireless.

Okay, buffista brains, I'm looking for a book about the impact of pop culture on learning or education. Outside of Everything Bad Is Good For you, I'm at a loss.

not only current pop culture, but "Where the Girls are: Growing up Female with the Mass Media" might cover some stuff.

I used to have that book! But it left in the mass exodus.
