I've eaten vanilla ice cream with fresh ground black pepper as a topping. Yum. And newly made ice cream with a bit of a salty taste from the ice bath is also yum. So salt & pepper ice cream sounds pretty appealing.

I've had cayenne pepper and chocolate and avacado ice cream. Both were very good.
There used to be a place here that sold avocado ice cream and tomato ice cream and it fucking CLOSED before I got to try any of it.
I saw someone make a balsamic ice cream (maybe it was balsamic & strawberries) on tv once, and it sounded really good.
