Lorne: Take care of yourself and ah, make sure fluffy is getting enough love. Gunn: Did he have anything? Fred: No. And who's fluffy? Are you fluffy? Gunn: He called me fluffy? Fred: He said make sure…wait. You don't think he was referring to anything of mine that's fluffy, do you? Because that would just be inappropriate.

I'm in a pouty sullen mood,

Me too. But it's aided by the fact that Kuma just ran out the door.

And you know what? I'm not chasing him anymore. I'm just not. It's this great game. I walked about 3 blocks with him and he darted off. I came back to the house to get Bear to take her regular walk. And he reappears on the walk outside our house only to take off again when we get near him.

I'm done. Stupid dog.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

To celebrate sending my manuscript out, I bought myself a juicy steak and a cupcake.

Now for a cool shower, and to bed with me. I'm so tired.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How are you feeling physically?

Tired and achey. Which is no doubt contributing.

Mmm, steak.

I think I have leftover chicken tikka and jasmine rice. I should heat that up.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I hope you feel better tomorrow, all the way around.

I want steak, and cupcakes.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Kids learning / trying / doing stuff is quite fun. Nephew just caught his first fish this weekend. He was jabbering about it too fast for me to even catch words. I got caught up in the enthusiasm and then just got the rest of the story from his mom.

Mmm, steak...

Oh yeah, Cass, I know I'm slightly allergic to avocados, peaches, cherries, almonds, etc. But I don't care! One of these days I'm going to end up in the hospital.
This is why Benedryl is our friend.

But it is possible that I just came back wrong in this way.

When I met some of the LAistas for the first time, I ordered a veggie burger cheese, avocado and bacon. I explained that I wasn't a vegetarian so the bacon was okay. Then I popped a Benedryl and continued explaining that I was allergic to avocados but that they were yummy. They say it is all about the first impression... Is this why Aimee and MM are always "in Michigan" when I am in LA?

So Kuma is still at large.

He came up to the door of the house, but as soon as I opened it, he left.

Running away is only fun if you get chased.

I think entire dating lives have hung on this premise.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

A friend's dog once got away from me by backing out of his collar. We played the chase game, with him in the middle of a busy intersection of three streets. Luckily, cars stopped.
