Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My grandmother, who would be 90 if she was still alive, called all Chinese restaurants "Chop Suey Houses."

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Buca di Beppo is the ninth circle of HELL.

I'm guessing you've never been to a Chuck E. Cheese's then?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I've never even heard of Buca di Beppo. It sounds made up.

There's one here. We can take you when you come to town, if you really need proof.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Chuck E. Cheese is the bit in the very, very center of the ninth circle, where Satan is snarfing down Brutus, Cassius, and Judas for all eternity.

What is Buca di Beppo? Why do I get the feeling that animatronics are involved?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

See? There's that pesky "reliability" problem taken care of right there.

This way you keep them on their toes, Perkins. They'll never know quite what to expect from you.

Both very good points. Of course, if the fact that it took me three plus hours to deliver an article to one of the senior partners on Friday due to problems with the mail, the mail room, and the internet connection, I'm not sure this will either.

Want to be horizontal.

Are you yet?

Fortunately, I'm going to Canada in 2 days.

YAY!

I am in receipt of a $50 certificate for TGI Friday's.

I'm still not sure what to do with it.

Kat needs a place to have her b-day party....

Happy hour on ita! I was just craving chicken fingers.

See!

^

I want a very large draft and for someone to cluestick a few people in Chicago.

Do you have them yet?

I like Olive Garden. I'm a philistine.

Me too. I don't think it qualifies as Italian any more than Panda Express qualifies as Chinese, but it does have some yummy food.

You still suck though.

I'm with those who rather enjoy Olive Garden but won't call it genuine Italian food.

See! Fred Pete is wise.

Buca di Beppo is the ninth circle of HELL.

I had fun the one and only time I went, but that was because I got to meet Laura, there were cute waiters, and I got to see ita and Kat react to the enforced fun.

eta: Plei, I just violated my one paragraph rule. Help!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

BdiB is evil, but the thing they call Tiramisu (it ain't) is actually tasty, unlike the thing they call Tiramisu at TOG.

Argh, I really want a copy of Food Fads now. Curse this Chop Suey talk.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I am suffering from Drama overload. Teen Titans, JLU, and HP6.

Teen Titans and JLU *rocked* hard this week.

Have read first 10 chapters of HP6. **SPOILER** I loved when the guy did the thing with the stuff. That was cool.

Well, crap. No reason to read any more. Thanks a lot.

My aunt makes a chocolate tiramisu which might not be authentic but is so good it will make you cry.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My friend Heather went into labor (her water broke) at a Chuck E. Cheese, which she says was providential, as her 4-year-old and his best friend were too mesmerized by the cartoons to worry about the people bringing Mommy water and the sudden arrival of Dad and neighbor to take them home and whisk her to the hospital.
