Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sara just dropped a toy on the floor and, I swear to God, said, "Shit." Ooops.

BWHAHAHAHAHA!

Trust my rage

Stephanie, where in NM are you? If you don't mind saying.

My parents live in Jemez Springs. It's near Los Alamos, sort of. IIRC, you are from southern NM?

My doula is really involved in Mothers and More. I would have looked into it if I had been closer to Durham.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Hah! Sara learns quickly, she does.

Jilli, I'm sending my extra special black-with-pink-polka-dots job~ma your way. Guaranteed to work.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Job-ma for Jilli and Susan!

And damn it, why isn't there more Tim/Cass being written?

Outside of Jossverse, this conjured up Minear/Cassiepants associations.

Because books.

My doula is really involved in Mothers and More.

I liked it because they focused on the "more" part -- meetings in the evenings (only breast-feeding infants allowed), and activities without the kids. Up here the cloest chapter is an hour away, and with Sara so little, I'm thinking a playgroup-type group would be better. This time, it's more for her since, God willing, we won't be here more than a year.

BWHAHAHAHAHA!

Polishes knuckles on chest. Yup. All my children learn their swear words from me. Early, this time. Yipes.

move out and draw fire

My parents live in Jemez Springs

Yep, Roswell. I've spent a couple summers near Jemez Springs at Hummingbird Music Camp (this one time, at band camp....) It's pretty! Nice to be there in the summer, and some great hiking.

Job-ma, Jilli! It will go great.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Fingers crossed, Jilli.

Jemez Springs at Hummingbird Music Camp

The camp is less than a mile down the road from my parents' house. On the 4th of July, we can hear the kids practicing the songs they will play in the parade. Not sure if you ever went to Battleship Rock, but I've been hiking there with Ellie the past two days.
