Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Nora and Tom, though I haven't seen Tom about so much lately.

You will have to take my word that he is still as cute as the dickens.

Hey, Sassy, glad to see you aound these parts again, I'm sorry that things are so awful right now. {{Sassy}}

Shit's all sorts of different now.

T minus 8 minutes until people I am driving to the Shower From Hell arrive.

I hung with Bride, her SiL (who is so sweet), and MoH last night. Can't say I feel any better about the whole thing.

I am feeling quite jealous and like an outsider in this. And, I don't like it.

Wah wah wah. Aimee's a giant bitca. And a four year old, to boot.

Aimee, you're not a bitca or a 4 year old. I'm hoping like hell that things go better than you anticipate (because isn't that always nice??) and anyway, I doubt you could be surprised at ANYTHING anymore. (though if that happens you must tell us immediately!)

I really hope this ends up being some fun for you. Too bad you're the DD- drinking heavily could improve things... (or make them worse, it's such a fine line!)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good luck, Aimee, I hope it ends up better than it seems right now.

Trust my rage

Aimee, we are with you in spirit.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Heart~ma for your mom, Astarte. And loads of calm~ma for you and yours.

Be safe and take care in the storm, -t.

Aimee... Best of luck? Just make it through the day, honey.

you've seen the doctor, and the PT person, and you have the good drugs, and movies, and a comfy couch. Settle in and let the back get better.
Bev, yes, between the chiro and kinesiologist with the mad PT skillz (oh yeah, I saw *my* chiro yesterday and he does some Saturday hours once in a while so I guess I have my chiro back) and the mad drugz, I am on my way to recovery. I even know (well, I know now) that rest is important for a couple of days.

I'm feeling really really sore today from the muscle work yesterday but I expected it. And no spasms so far which is brilliant.

My biggest whine today is that it is hot. And I would rather watch movies in a nice cool theatre instead of at home. As far as my problems have been going recently, it's pretty minor.

with an added rrrrowl at the thought of Cass-tied-to-bed, despite my concern for her poor back.
Like I've said, not a bad thing except for that pesky back needing to reknit itself bit.

Seriously, how sad is it that I have foamy foamy Buffistas wanting to tie me up and it is for my health? Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis sad.

I felt Oh So Tired last night and went to sleep and could not get comfortable. Woke up this morning all dizzy and yucky and took my temp and, sure enough, a fever of 101.
Robin, I hope you are feeling better. And sick != wet blanket.
He's awfully sweet.
He's not the WBB for nothing...

vw, if I sent you an email with a list of recipes I am going to send in (like Laura and others, I excel at the less structured cooking but there are things I have been making for years so there is at least a framework of a recipe there and I just have to suss it out), will that be helpful or just clog up your email? Also, do I have your email addy, the one to send this too?

Some of the best meals have resulted from the random fridge contents.
Oh! This! It's the Erin game. Erin amused herself for years by inviting me over and I got to make dinner out of whatever the fridge contained. It's less of a puzzle now that she is married with three childen, but back when she was single it was quite the challenge. And fun.

Team America or Lemony Snickett? Which should I watch?

meara - Aug 27, 2005 11:09:03 am PDT #9137 of 10001

Am feeling only half awake (I had better not be getting sick again/still damnit!), so I just read 250 posts and all I can say is:

Sassy, damn, that sucks. Much -ma your way.

Also, brides are crazy, and wedding dresses are insane, and OMG have any of you ever been to a lesbian wedding where they're both being the bride? FUCKED UP. (Often, lesbian weddings are much more low-key than your other-type weddings, but when they go bad? Oh, the drama...)
