Does she just dislike eating lamb, or is a horrible squick wherein she can't stand to be in the same house as a lambchop? Because the former seems like something one could work around.
Sort of the latter, really. The smell alone makes her ill. Apparently her mum does great lamb, but to no avail. She likes seafood, which I find troublesome. We do need to work something out. And will, for we are doooomed.
