Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

'Harm's Way'

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Poor Em and poor sleep-deprived Aimee.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Sleep, I miss you so.............

Aww, you poor kids. You know a Motrin and Benadryl cocktail will knock her ass out for about five hours. And it's completely safe.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

There is literary precedent for that. Ahab says it about the whale: "He tasks me."

And it's in the sense of "he instructs me to do something" or something along those lines? Not "he burdens me"?

Anyway, I can no longer flinch at tasking when there are people in the world who say incent.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I hope Em feels better soon, Aimee.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Thanks guys.

David, I'm hoping the amox knocks her out. But, Joe's on Em-duty once he gets back from Rite-Aid.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Oh, Aimee. {{{{Em}}}} Poor thing! Poor you! I hope she's ok and you can get some rest.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Poor wee Em, and poor tired Aimee.

Because books.

Just back from hospital - Em's fever shot up to 103.3.

Poor baby! And it's so scary when they're that hot. You were completely right taking her to the ER. Here's to quick-working amoxycillin and some sleep for her tired mommy. {{{Em and Aimee}}}
