Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Health~ma for Em, sleep~ma for Aimee.

Thrive to spite them

My post got eaten!

I saw Wedding Crashers last night with the guy, we were both running late and then he had to leave right after so we didn't talk much, just went in and went out.

He was nice looking, kinda cute. From his voice I thought he'd be bigger, but he's not only short but has a very slight build. I'm wondering if my apperance will be an issue for him, if he'll call back. I'm not really worried, just curious.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Is this the BF that lives in LA and is also your landlord? (I'm just trying to place her in my mind)

Yes. We moved out here together.

I've been feeling the drifting for awhile, but it's mostly wedding related, so no decisions for me yet. Ijust hate feeling angry at her.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Toto!!

{{Anne}} I'm so sorry about your grandmother.

I think differently than she does and other things are more important to me than they are to her and I just want to cry because I feel like I don't want to be her friend anymore.

Aimee, I feel for you. I'm going through something like this with a friend of mine. Don't quite know how to handle it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

NOT CUSHINGS!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!

Yay, Toto! I'm so relieved. Now start getting better so vw can stop worrying.

{{{Aimee}}} {{{Em}}} I hope Em feels better soon.

{{{Hil}}} I agree with Sparky, you should get yourself some medical treatment soon.

Am so tired. However, I have found a new doctor. I swear she's not over 22, but she's smart and nice and she's willing to give me my pap next time so I don't have to find another doctor, and she's going to treat the psoriasis so I don't have to find a third doctor, and she gave me enough flexeril to take it twice a day instead of 15-20 times a month. I love her just for that.

Yay for good doctor! I hope she continues to be this helpful.

Aimee, you're right to say no to the extra money for the shower. As far as the friendship is concerned, if you can put those feelings aside til after the wedding, it might be easier to deal with the friendship then. Weddings are very very stressful imho, and maybe you can get back to being closer once all the craziness is over. Or, as I continue to read the thread, what Sparky said.

Askye, did you like Wedding Crashers? Also, good luck with the guy.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Glad to hear about Toto, vw. I hope the little tykelet is feeling all better soon.

Oh, Aimee... I wish I could send you a nap and feeling better baby.

Kristin! I have achieved dragon. Hie thee to San Diego and you can have it. I might even vacuum first.

I am in a total funk today and I don't know why at all. I want to just go into a small, quiet and dark room and cry. Over nothing. Gods please let's not be getting into a depression again.

We had our weekly production meeting this morning and it was all "[Cass], can we task you with finding out the status of this from [the recently departed JackAss]Dave?" I finally stopped writing it down. Just made a little checkbox and " notation on each line. Numfar, do the dance of ... whatever. My day today will consist of trying to clean up all of the messes that JackAssDave left. AIFG kinda.
