'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Which reminds me, how's Mr. Toto feeling these days?

Well, I thought he was doing better, but then yesterday he didn’t eat much and he had two accidents in the house. So, I don’t really know. I do still think he’s acting a little better, though.

Hey vw, did you go back to sleep? You okay? I get a little nervous when you post about your asthma and then disappear.

Oh, I’m fine. Sorry. I did go back to sleep.

{{{Jessica}}} Hope you can get to the doctor ok. Poor you!

Happy Birthday Katie Bee!

Coding and Sleeping

Leif got his big boy bed this weekend, partly because it was time to do it, partly because he destoryed his crib. I don't know how long it will take for me to stop peeking in several times to see him sleeping in his new, huge bed.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Wally report. I've emailed the actuarial student, and she's read it. I figure I have the inside running; she has an exam coming up, and so the only dates she can manage are study dates. Her exam is in stochastic modelling; guess what I was doing in Philadelphia for four years?

I like her profile, she demanded of anyone who contacted her that they give at least one good reason for doing so (her looks don't count as a good reason). I did note that I thought this was a great way of getting compliments, but actually I'm reasonably impressed that she has a strong sense of self-worth. (Of course, I'm not chopped liver, so I asked her for the same in return. Helping her with her exam isn't a good reason. Nor is "You started it", though it'd make me laugh.)

In addition, I got back to a woman who emailed me last week, suggested we meet up sometime. It'll have to be after this weekend though, because of my nephew's birthday. I also have to send a reply to one grooveytoosh, the quality of whose toosh I have as yet been unable to confirm, as she doesn't have a picture up. And there's another woman who's been trying to call me for a few days, I sent her an email suggesting she give me her number instead. Though really, it's actuarial student about whom I have the best feeling right now.

Aside from contacts already on the go, I think I'll leave things until I'm back from Canberra. Oh, except I've signed up for another speed dating event on the 24th (this one's free, because I participated in one of their surveys). But that's it. I swear.

Oh, by the way, I got an email from a woman who's just moved down from Sydney, and is looking for a booty call within her area code. It's pretty clearly a mass email (it starts off 'Hey guy'), but was still not at all what I expected to find in my inbox.

All is well that ends in pizza.

The Dukes of Hazzard was #1 at the box office this weekend. God help us all.

OTOH? March of the Penguins is set to become the #1 grossing documentary of all time, out grossing [as it were] Michael Moore. It is already #2.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Um... I've heard that MotP is about to become the #2 grossing docu of all time, surpasing Moore's Bowling for Columbine but still way short of Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Choose Penguins!

Just the mattress really. Ripped off the vinyl, the foam, and the cardboard to get to the springs. I think he was either curious or bored.
