1. Slice the zucchini.
2. Dip pieces of zucchini in a slightly beaten egg.
3. Dip egged pieces of zucchini in corn meal.
4. Fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes on each side, lightly salting and peppering each side.
5. Eat!
