Anya: It's lovely! I wish it was mine! Oh like you weren't all thinking the same thing. Giles: I'm fairly certain I wasn't.

'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Dave and I went to the Worcester Art Museum last night to see the paintings that they had up for a special collection of art during the plague years. We went to the opening for it, but it was so crowded that day that we wanted to go back when we could really concentrate on the art, which was just amazing and beautiful. It was a nice relaxing night until a group of women came in and started talking loudly in front of one of the bigger paintings that I really wanted to look at about their trips to Italy. I am not sure they even looked at more than one or two paintings the whole time they were there.

{{{Kate and family}}} I am so sorry for your loss. Your grandfather sounds like a wonderful man.

I have replied to date-seeking woman, and invited her to the Zoo this Sunday. She'd wanted to know an interesting thing about me, so I told her that if she's on time then I'll tell her one. If she's ten minutes late I'll tell her three, and if she's later than that she won't be able to get me to shut up. So now I'm planning to turn up with a pocket full of about twelve things about me, and she can pick one at random. She wants to know any more, well, that's what the second date's for. Or possibly they could be a way to kickstart a stuck conversation.

This is too cute for words, bt. Good luck with the date. Sparkage~ma.

Cute Annabel stories! The blanket story is so very sweet.

Awww, the Emeline pictures are fabulous. The one of her with her great-grandmother made me teary [I have one of those of me with my great-grandmother].

Lily is already getting so big! She looks like she is plotting something very important.

{{{Aimee}}} I'm sorry about the money woes. You are a fabulous mother and you should never doubt that.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Bears repeating, even without the porn. WindSparrow is super duper smart.

Mmmm. Smart girls are hot, too.

Mostly lurking...

Toto has special food right now...it's a wet food that I mix in with his dry food, and he really loves it. Apparently, though, so does Bastet. It's really quite funny. She hovers over him as he eats it. Then, when he's done, she goes and licks the bowl.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

((Aimee)) You are a wonderful mom. Money woes happen and you are doing everything you can to take care of this.

I am alone in my office right now. I am also in a food coma. I hope no one walks in and expects consciousness.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Teppy -- is the wedding tomorrow?

Yup -- the ceremony is tomorrow evening at 6, and then we have a small dinner, and all day Sunday is the hootenanny.

I'm approaching Dad Overload. I don't really have time to explain right now, but you know me -- rest assured that I will.

Also, BETH -- tell DH that the bass is a 3/4.
