Cute Annabel Story #1: Last week when my shoulder/neck muscle pain was really bad, I took a flexeril during the day, thinking I could fight the drowsiness off as long as I took ibuprofen instead of tylenol 3 along with it. NSM. I fell asleep on the couch while Annabel played in the living room. I woke up to the touch of little hands tucking her blankie around my shoulders.
Cute Annabel Story #2: Shortly after she went down for her afternoon nap yesterday, I heard a noise coming from the bedroom. I hurried in thinking,
She can't be waking up already--she woke up at 5:00 instead of 7:30 this morning, so she owes me a good nap, dammit!
She was deeply asleep, but laughing her head off. I'd love to know what was going on in that dream.
(And there's really nothing I can do about the fact that sometimes she wakes up at 5:00 a.m. and other times at 9:30, except grin and bear it, and look forward to when I have a job so we can buy the house and add on to it so she'll have her own room, is there?)
And to go along with Annabel stories, pics of Emeline.

And the blankie story makes my allergies act up.
Aw, Aimee, she just keeps getting cuter, and those are some great multi-generational pics.
thanks susan! it was pretty amazing. we got some on video, too.
Aww, cute laughing and blankie-bearing Annabel, and lovely Em!
Red-eyed baby of do-oo-om . . .
As if this one wasn't cute enough, imagine her bouncing rhythmically and making noises just to hear the sound of her own voice, while kneeling like that.
Cute cute Emaline and family pictures! ADORable Annabel stories. StY used to talk his head off in his sleep, and I always wondered what he was dreaming. The blankie-tucking is just aww-making, though. Sweet girl!
Yay for the good Wally report, bt. Things just seem to keep improving, as they should.
There was more. I forgot. Two popsicles and a bottle of water is a good enough supper, right? I think I'll try sleeping now.
