Just another crasy difference between our nations.
One of the tour guides on my Israel trip was originally from England, and went spent about five minutes on the difference between "taking the piss" and "taking a piss." Ultimately just concluded that language is weird.
Just another crasy difference between our nations.
Shouldn't that be:
"Just anouther crasy difference between our natiouns"?
Yes, the
eyes.
They really do a hell of a job of turning human eyes into Mary Sue eyes.
askye, much ~ma to your family. I know how hard it is - we're going through much the same thing with my mother now. We finally put her in assisted living this year. She always asks when she's going home, but she doesn't seem unhappy (and she thinks she's only been there about two weeks). She can't remember things for more than a few minutes, and she's completely lost the ability to enjoy anything. It's very painful to watch that inevitable decline.
Putting someone you love into "one of those places" sounds horrible, but it really really isn't. It's the best thing to do, for them and for the people who love them.
Lots of ~ma to you and yours, askye.
{{Bitches}}
Hey, y'all.
Been busy. But it was writing vampire porn(well, actually not porn yet, but it will be...I never could PWP. )
So I figure you guys wouldn't mind much.
Man, have you folks been talky meat, today, or what?
{{sj}} I hope the bath helps, sweetie.
askye, much ~ma to your mom and aunt. I hope they find a nice place for your G'ma. And your uncle asshat needs a cluesticking. Or possibly have his walls papered with the Stepford Kiddies to give him nightmares for the rest of his life. Can you imagine those googly non-blinking eyes staring at you
all night long?
Ick, gives me goosebumps.
I've skimmed. I'm a bad Bitch.
I also just bombed my final exam. And, no, this isn't one of the times where I *think* I did poorly and things will end up turning out ok. This is one of those times where I left a large portion of the test blank. My poor prof was even trying to help me by giving me hints while the other students were writing the answers.
Moral of this story? One should not miss two weeks of a six-week, hands-on course like ASL.
At least I tried.
{{vw}} Trying is all that matters. Perhaps the prof will let you do something for extra credit that shows you understand the portions you had to leave blank. Missing two weeks of a six week class is a huge handicap to make up for.
I've skimmed. I'm a bad Bitch.
That's nothing -- I've skimmed, skipped, and barely posted in here in...yikes, almost a year.
Um, hi.
Missing two weeks of a six week class is a huge handicap to make up for.
Absolutely.
