'Bring On The Night'

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Timelies!

I'm about to run off and start laundy. I'm hoping they'll have lots of machines available right when they open (sometimes they use them for laundry by the pound in the morning, and that annoys me). I want to just be in and out.

I had weird dreams last night. Just in case you were wondering...

PC, I'm glad you are getting a hold on the situation with your family. It's tough stuff.

Yum. huddles with Sail munching on nectarines. We love fruit in my house. Plums too. The kids devour fruit.

Fun weird, porny weird, just weird?

I have to make sense of my house this morning before I go to work. It's very bad. I had a housekeeper, but she disappeared. Everything was cool for a month. She was here M-F for 3 hours a day and it was going great. She was here last Monday and seemed fine, then she never returned. I left 3 messages on her cell through the week. No word at all. I have no clue what happened. I interview someone else today. It is shocking what happens to my house without help in a week. Since I've been setting up the office the house is more neglected than ever. Sigh. Off to do dishes and stuff.

The good news is that this morning I am expecting delivery of 4, that's right, FOUR, new bookcases. Yay!!!

Just weird. There was a wedding and family reunion and plane crash in a snow storm and a cruise, and we kind of kept going back and forth between events.

Hope your interview goes well, Laura. That's gotta be a shock to the system after getting used to having it!

Ah, sounds like my dreams. I find them entertaining.

Time to get busy.......

Hope you find lots of empty washers vw.

I did! The whole place was empty, so I was in luck. I go back to switch them to the dryer soon. It'll be all done before Emily even gets up. Yay!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I always do my laundry in the morning. I almost never have to wait to use a washer.

I'm rather liking it, actually. I'm already up...might as well do laundry. Plus, it's during the part of the day where I actually have some energy...just get it out of the way and have clean clothes. Good deal, I think.

move out and draw fire

Timelies, folks.

It's hot, but I guess that's not unusual these days, at least in the Northern Hemisphere.

I finally broke down and started reading the PDF of HP6 a friend sent me (I was waiting for my book to get here, but it's getting almost impossible to avoid spoilers). The PDF was made by OCR and occasionally its best guess at what the words are is pretty funny.

My favorite so far: "Death Kilters."

Our wings are not tired.

My plan to get house stuff done while waiting for the delivery truck was a good plan, yet. I already had to run to the office and back to bring DH something from home. There will be a lot of this for a while.

Oh random OCR goofiness should add to the mystery element of HP6.

Laundry is my favorite chore. Up north Mom still hangs stuff on the line. I'm quick to offer to bring the clothes in because they smell so good. All other chores pale in comparison.
