Happy Birthday VW!
Spike's Bitches 25 to Life
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I am not even remotely mentally healthy enough to spend 5 days with my father in another state next week. I think I may not survive the wedding. Jesus.
ION, the official forecasted high today in Cincinnati is "unholy inferno of suffering and heatstroke." Or, okay, 100. For real. I am fucking sick and tired of this heat. The heat index is supposed to be something insane like 110.
I feel for you as that was my day yesterday. Unholy hot for Chicago. It was a day I set altars to the people who invented air conditioning.
sj and Teacup Guy are too cute.
I need coffee.

BEER foamy.
So, potential number one just left. He's not terrible, but he's not ideal either. I think he would be a complainer and wouldn't do well with the quirkiness of the apartment. Also, he put up with Toto, but didn't seem thrilled by him...and Toto really was pretty well-behaved.
I'm hating this process already. Please tell me that the perfect person is going to walk in here at some point today?
That wasn't hottie reporter guy, was it, vw?
Aww, sj and teacup guy are both smokin' hot and adorable together in that picture. The goth really works for you, sj.
Cowering in the AC like the fainthearted fool I am, I feel like a vampire--if I go out where the sun shines, I'll explode into flame.
A friend and I are going to see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants on Thursday. Maybe I can get that teleporter working by then.
And, xposted with Natter, Felicitations on the Anniversary of your Natal Day, vw!
Happy B-Day, vw! Toto should have a party for you now!
Nope. It wasn't the hottie reporter guy.
I can't believe I'm about to type this.
I think Toto was about to hump the poor guy's arm. I figured out his little plan and called him to come by me (and surprisingly he did), so he stopped, but he had his two front paws wrapped around the guys arm. I had to try so hard not to laugh.
Of course, I was mortified at the same time.
Happy Birthday, vw! I hope that the new Not!Emily comes through your door soon.
I am back at work after my trips to Maine, Seattle, Lansing and San Antonio. It was all good, some of it approaching grand. I hate coming back to all the email messages, though. And I can't quite accept the fact that I have to work all 5 days this week. Coffee, now.
