What should I do, then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? … Unholy fruit basket?

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

would black jeans be Goth if accompanied by a black shirt with white frills, a horsehair belt with a silver buckle, a black cowboy hat with feathers, a bolo tie with a mystical symbol on it, and black western boots with silver spurs? In other words was Johnny Cash a Goth Cowboy?

Johnny is loved by many goths of my aquaintance, and he definitely embraced the darker side of life, yet I hesitate to call him Goth.

Timelies.

sj, you look fantastic! The dramatic lips are particularly fetching.

Brackets and smooches to all that want 'em. It's finally cooled down here to a reasonable temperature (70s - 80s), so I'm feeling better. Also, hungry.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

You're making sense.

Stop that!

ETA: this was originally in re: vw, but I think it works for sj as well.

Johnny Cash is/was in a class by himself.

Mostly lurking...

I know! I hate it when I do that!

Ok...I'm off to have birthday cake for breakfast. Talk to you all after my first interview. Hee! You'll all get the play-by-play. Aren't you excited?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm already afraid the dog and my organization skills are gonna scare them. Maybe I should lay off the slayer questions.

Keep it simple: cake or death?

Timelies, all. I'm back from a splendid weekend, and looking around at my work piles thinking "I don't wanna." Thank goodness there are hundreds of posts in Bitches and Natter to catch up on. OK, my manager probably wouldn't thank you. But I do.

Yes, I am excited. I'm going to ride my bike on the bike trail that ends up in the parking lot of the woolen mill's factory outlet store. Hope your interviews go well.

/me waves hi to beth. You are making sense too. hee.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I fear I often type before I think.

Happy birthday, vw! You've accomplished so much this year. I hope next year is even better.

sj is a lovely goth, but sj is lovely anyway. And now we know that Teacup Guy is both thoughtful and really cute.

Who said anything about typing? I was thinking that stuff at the screen and it just appeared.

Also, I can kill you with my brain.
