Me? Oh, I am

relaxed about the lecture. Hasn't really even been on my mind. What's it on again?
No, work is going well. Last week was my first week full-time and officially hired which has kept me busy. I slothed this weekend and watched racing today. It was lovely.
My nephew's birthday party is coming up. What do nine-year-old boys like?
sj, you look *fabulous* all gothed up.
Thanks. I was so hoping you would approve. I was very dissapointed that there were no Jilli-esque goths at the club that night. Just jeans and black t-shirt goths mostly.

And it's good you're remaining calm about it, because one of us needs to.

Instead, I will go pack my healthy lunch for tomorrow.

Sorry. I didn't mean to make you ranty. Maybe you can take me on a real goth night sometime?
Why, why, why must you always complicate things?
So are asset classes like property and infrastructure? Because if so, well I still am mostly in the dark. But I am sure you can make it complicated and yet still interesting.
gnnnng.
Goths in jeans? Gnnnng pretty much sums it up.

Yep. The main divisions are into debt instruments (bonds, mainly) and equity assets (shares are the main one, but it also includes property and infrastructure). Then you get derivatives, and it all becomes confused.
black t-shirt and jeans? that's the over 40, casual , but I want to look cool, look.
also , what everyone in the software indusrtry wears that wants to look better than the average geek.

"No dear, that's not Goth...that's Guess."
