Spike's Bitches 25 to Life
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
The first AD on a film is very similar to a Stage Manager in theatre in my experience.
Oh yeah. There's lots of similarities.
So how's the weekend been going Sean? I'm just trying to say ahead of the heat.
Yeah, that's most of what we're doing - trying to beat the heat. We're about to drive up to Thousand Oaks to visit some of S's relatives that are in town.
Tomorrow, I'll be up at the Colony, helping strike the Sherlock set.
And then Tuesday, I've got my weeknight game.
It's 100 degrees here and the dog wants to go out. Someone tell her to stop being craxy, please.
Craxy doggy. Lie here in a cool part of the house. You can prolly fit behind the toilet, which is always a nice cool place.
Wow, the news just said over seventy-five cities in the country were over 100 today.
Tomorrow, I'll be up at the Colony, helping strike the Sherlock set.
Cool. Glad to hear that they've put you onto the regular list for calling for stuff like that. You know if you're gonna work running crew for Indoor/Outdoor yet?

Don't know yet. I'm sure it will be discussed. Okay, off to Thousand Oaks.
Lollapalooza was in Chicago today. I'm thinking I'm too old for big rock festivals, as I had no desire to go even without the knowledge that it would be 100 degrees out. The thought of Lollapalooza in 100 degree heat fills me with terror.
