Whoa. Good myth.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Hi RIO! I did yoga this morning for the first time and thought of you.

What is even happening?

That's a good suggestion; thanks. Did you have a photographer at yours? Does looking at the pictures jog your memory?

Yes, but a lot of it is still a blur. I remember my dad squeezing my hand before we started walking down the aisle. I remember one moment (clearly, that is) during our vows. I remember going back up the aisle after. I remember a moment in the receiving line. I remember getting in the limo to go to the reception, and it was just us, and then a few different moments at the reception. I remember the whole thing, but not, you know--except for my mental snapshots. Of course, it's also been almost 11 years, too.

Are you ready to be strong?

I remember my dad squeezing my hand before we started walking down the aisle.

This made my heart do a thing.

I did yoga this morning for the first time and thought of you.

Ooh! How'd you like it?

Always Anti-fascist!

Of course, sarcasm has an odor...they put it in like for a leak. At least that's what the nice lady at Bed, bath, and whatever said when she kicked me out. Dude, Plei, fifty bucks says Lily's first word= asshole. It's one of Denis' faves after all.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

There is. I was looking at my laptop keyboard and noticing that your oddities mapped to the 10 key location on my own. What type of laptop is it?
It was prodding at the "kinda patterny" place in my brain last night but it never clicked. I am quite pleased to know that I can make it give me back my letters.

It's an old, old, old Dell. Maybe one of the Inspirons.

so I was happy to hear about it last night.
Moooom, brenda was laughing at my bewilderment!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

One of my brother's early words was "fudder" which he got great use out of. And my parents had to keep a straight face when people would comment on his adorable made-up word without letting on what he was really trying to say...

Mine, too. I miss my dad.

Sounds like a Scientology term.

And she'll be smoking out behind her pre-school.

Not javachik

Timelies. My tiaraee's tiara is tending towards transmittal very soon. Yay!

One link away from the jargon Rio linked to is this: The Tech Model Railroad Club at MIT, one of the wellsprings of hacker culture. The 1959 "Dictionary of the TMRC Language" compiled by Peter Samson included several terms that became basics of the hackish vocabulary (see esp. foo, mung, and frob). Bet there are some really interesting stories about the TMRC.

Never been married, but friends who have have said that it's really hard to find time to eat on the wedding day, and that they wished they'd made time for a decent meal, even if it involved sneaking away at some point. Having normal blood sugar is apparently a good thing.

Okay, that's one cute tuxedo cat, Epic Tangent.

I'm taking care of the real Java Cat's mortal enemy while his owners are away. He's followed me there twice so far. The first time, I saw something as I left the house, and looked. He'd jumped up on the porch railing and was watching me play with Phoenix through the window. When I came out and saw him, he was really pissed off and didn't hestitate to say so. It took him about 1 hour and a long walk up the hill to cool down. (who says cats aren't like dogs?)

Will someone remind me that people will still love me even if my cake is the ugliest thing on the planet?
