Take some deep breaths. Try to figure out why you're a wreck right now. Once you know, then you can work on making them a non-factor.
Page your therapist if you have to.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I did page her. I'm waiting for her to call back. I'm supposed to be at work in five minutes, though.
she'll call. It's going to be OK. {{vw}}
Could it be that being at home is making it worse, vw? If you get out of the house, and get going to work, maybe you can break this cycle?
What did your dad say to you when he would help talk you on your way to attending class, when you were in hot iPod pursuit? Can we work something like that here? Can you go just do one of the things necessary before going to work (shower if you haven't, or dress, or whatever) and then come back and check in with us?
Ok. My mom's gonna talk me through it, I think. I'm gonna go. I'll talk to you guys when I get there.
Best of luck.
You're going back to the same place -- why can't you mingle freely?
Because I HATE PARTIES. HATE HATE HATE.
love to you, vw. talk to you on the flip side.
Mucho punctuation, vw.

I was going to suggest someone might be able to walk with you or talk you through it, and I'm glad your mom is up to it. I hope things look better once you're at your desk.
