You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

amazingly hot gang members who are secret pussycats

He's not though, as far as I can tell. One of the things that I actually like about the show.

What is even happening?

Raquel, if you like your user name as your user name, then you should keep it. If not, you should change it to Rack.

('Tis a wonder I'm still married, or ever got married in the first place.)

If I only had a brain...

He's not though, as far as I can tell.

I've only seen the episodes they've rerun so far (bastard UPN!) but he's a marshmallow for Veronica.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

There wasn't a Bitches 25 thread at 4:00+ AM my time. I know, because I checked before I went to bed.

Still, first 160! Yay!

Aw, damn. You guys already wore off the new-thread smell. Still, no smeg, not bad.

I'm married to an uncut guy who's fastidiously hygienic. But we realized that there was a high probability that, at least at some points in their lives, any male progeny of ours might not practice sufficient hygiene. And there was the "like the rest of the guys" factor, too. And DH has always been a very nummy treat.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

La la la, I have had a happy afternoon of shopping shopping shopping!

I now have:

one lovely wrought iron magazine rack;

one pretty set of wind chimes featuring a spiral of blue glass kingfishers;

one set of plastic drawers (which I plan to cover with stickers/murals/painting/haven't yet decided);

one lovely multicoloured mosaic glass egg-shaped bedside lamp;

3 metres of unbleached Egyptian cotton decorated with a pattern of elegant-chunky black Arabic letters;

a bottle of vanilla&orange body splash;

a pair of chopsticks;

a tealight in a small candleholder decorated with a relief sculpture of the Buddha's face.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm kind of liking "Great Rack!" for Raquel. But that is because I am 12.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Damn it.
