I use Joy of Cooking's gazpacho recipe, but substitute Spicy V8 for the tomato juice. It's nummy.

I'm off to the company summer picnic where I expect to chow down on a yummy brat, quaff a couple beers and enjoy the talents of the various musical stylings of the some of the company members. They're having a talent competition at this picnic. Should be interesting.
