I swear I'm half considering just letting it go and cutting it off when it's long enough to donate again. Except for that whole "Looking Like Crap for Months While it's Growing Out" thing...
I've been considering the same thing. I just got back a roll of film that had a few pictures from last November (I donated in January), and got into a whole "I miss my hair" thing. Even though I know that by the time my hair was waist-length like it was in those pictures, I hated taking care of it.
So pictures will have to wait until the electricians return, finish the job, and LEAVE SO I CAN TAKE A FUCKING SHOWER.)
Yo! Electricians! Out. Things need to happen. And by that I mean Pictures of Jessica.
I also need to buy groceries and get a prescription refilled, but I do have priorities...
I am now positive the electricians I am waiting for are at Jessica's place
Not even! They left about an hour ago to go to the hardware store, and still haven't returned. Perhaps they've been sucked into a fiery vortex of pain. It would only be fair.
Oh, Hec, sometimes I'm charmed by how predictable you are.
Mom got a haircut and while it looks good, it doesn't look as good as what she does for me...I feel a little bad.
Maybe for her birthday in October, I could pay for a Fancy Place.
Also, for some reason not yet explained, Jason Todd, dead Robin #2, is no longer pining for the fjords.
And in my head, right behind the Connor/Faith happy place, I have a Jason/Cass happy place. Only the latter is a lot more... grimsexy.
new update 3 or 330 for my electricians....
Even though I know that by the time my hair was waist-length like it was in those pictures, I hated taking care of it.
Oh, yeah. Mine was still long when I had Carpal Tunnel surgery last October. You have no idea how vital opposable thumbs are to hair-care (and, like, everything else, practically), until you no longer have the use of one of them.
Heh. The first time I went to flip my just-washed hair over to the front of my shoulder to comb it out, then realized I could just
comb it where it was
was like a revelation.
