Oh, wow. This place looks great. Oh, I feel like a witch in a magic shop.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Ugh. Squeaky noises drive me bats, connie, whether in toys for tots or dogs, or coming from the tots or dogs themselves for that matter. Sorry.

The whole noble-title-as-name thing earlier in the thread sprang to mind when I came across someone named [common_firstname] Earl [common_lastname]. I've seen "Earl" as a name so much that I totally forget that it used to be a title along the lines of "Count".

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Beej, Bartleby is adorable! I don't think I'd seen any pictures before.

One of my dad's old dogs was a cross between an Irish Wolfhound and a Doberman/Bouvier De Flandres mix. BIG dog, who looked like a brillo-coated mutant hyena. She was given up by someone who was trying to breed a Big-Ass Scary Guard Dog. Things, however, did not go as the chuckleheaded breeder planned: whenever the Big Scary Hyena Dog barked, she sounded like a Yorkie on helium.

A friend's great grandfather was born Sargeant Pepper. (in like 1885, long before the Beatles, yo)

Then he went into the military and became a physician.

I have Dr. Major Sargeant Pepper's tuxedo tails in my closet.

brillo-coated mutant hyena

Seriously? Whoa. That's just wrong.

I tend to consider even the 'ugliest dog' contest winningest pooch to be adorable. But once we met a chihuahua/wire-haired terrior mix with a wicked underbite on the street. Ug-to the-MUGly. Name? Chewbacca, natch!

Pope?? As a first name??
Yup. I've known two in my lifetime. In both cases, blue blood families.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm eating soft boiled eggs with butter and salt and pepper.

Why do I not eat this EVERY day? Like a DOZEN of them?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Pope?

Good grief.

I have Dr. Major Sargeant Pepper's tuxedo tails in my closet.

Bless. That's fabulous.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I have Dr. Major Sargeant Pepper's tuxedo tails in my closet.
