I've been out of the abbey two days, I've beaten a lawman senseless, I've fallen in with criminals. I watched the captain shoot the man I swore to protect. And I'm not even sure if I think he was wrong.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I like to think of it as "Magnolia" on wheels with a dash of "North by Northwest" every week.

Seeing as I love both those movies, I'm interested. Congrats, Tim!

So the season finale will involve a rain of frogs on Mount Rushmore?

In other pilot news...or should that be one trick pony news:

Procedural king Dick Wolf is taking a sudsy turn, developing the serialized, Hollywood-set crime drama "Power" for NBC. Project will revolve around young U.S. attorneys and FBI agents -- the same jobs showcased in Wolf's upcoming "Conviction" -- who are empowered to take down some of Hollywood's shady criminal elements.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Anyone we know?

The evil is this way?

Hopefully, they're after the executives at Fox Broadcasting.

Yes, still bitter about "Firefly."

One Hot Burrito!

If I only had a brain...

Saw this and thought of Tim:

[Talking Points Memo] Reader MN points out that Dick Cheney now joins Aaron Burr as one of the two vice presidents to shoot someone while in office.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

[Talking Points Memo] Reader MN points out that Dick Cheney now joins Aaron Burr as one of the two vice presidents to shoot someone while in office.

Yesterday, Comcast's headline for that story on their homepage was "Cheney Accidentally Shoots Lawyer" which was a very WTF moment for me when I saw it. It made me click the link to read the story, so I guess it could be considered successful.
