Hey! No confusing me by moving 24-talk in here! 24 lives in Natter!
But yes, very good ep. Trust Fury to bring the eye-gouging.
'War Stories'
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

24 lives in Natter!
Sorry bout that - just wanted to commend Fury on a job well done in a thread I can catch up on in less than an hour (there's new DS/CR to watch later, but not later enough).
You must write well, Kristen, because you make me want to go check out Vegas, and I hated it when I was there.
It's grown on me. Maybe it's the CSI factor. Like, you're driving and you think, "Hey! That's where the dude pushed that chick in front of the train!"
And I just realized that I totally forgot to go to the mall and get me a CSI shirt. Must do tomorrow on my way out of town.
Would it have gold rims and whitewall tires and be fire engine red with a shiny gold hood ornament?
They could shoot it in Catalina! Fun!
Hey! No confusing me by moving 24-talk in here! 24 lives in Natter!Silly Jess. You say that, like "Natter" is containable. Natter is life, lackbrain. Why do you think we do it? It's what keeps you going, makes you warm, makes you hard, makes you other than on-topic.
Also?
Fury gave the Buffyverse a double shout out. * The Customs agent named "Agent Finn" said there were, "No hostiles present."
He also gave one of the best episodes of 24 I can remember seeing. I got allergies in two places. 24 never gives me allergies.

He did the same thing on Lost. It's like he's talented and shit.

Go figure.
eta: This may have come across as snide. I can certainly be snide when the situation warrants, but this was not intended that way. Of course, perhaps I'm overexplaining, but very little sleep can do that to a person.
Very little sleep often makes me be overexplainy too. I don't know why. Well, I do. I'm long winded. It becomes more apparent when I'm lacking sleep because I lose control of the function that says "watch your words" and I gain control of the function that says "use your words, all of them now."
Now, I'm lacking sleep. Obvi?
I lose control of the function that says "watch your words" and I gain control of the function that says "use your words, all of them now."
I have this, but also lose that function that says "what you just said is brilliant" or "what you just said is the stupidest thing ever" so I get all insecure, worrying that it may be the latter, but not wanting to not post because it might have been the former, not that the former is likely, but, well, hopefully you get what I mean. Or, if not, perhaps those non-sleepy, non-ramblers will. Ahem. I think I did it again.
Today's CW bulletin: "Cult" has been shown the door. But "Aquaman" is still moving along.
Strega, we really do need to develop a pirate show for CW.
I have absolutely no talent for screenwriting, but the important thing is, I've read scripts. So I'm qualified.
