I have a smooshed face lion, but he's one from the press kits and therefore not really wax. he's still adorable.
Yep, you'd have to evenly heat the whole thin layer of plastic to be able to do any safe-smooshing, as the hot wedge approach leads to cracked plastic and melted edges.
And I dunno how well the molded plastic holds up to resoftening and remolding.
