See, in my fantasy, when I'm kissing you... you're kissing me. It's okay. I can wait.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Swouncing

I get such frisson of delight when Nilly gets all idiomatic.

Yay! I'm just pleased when I manage to use them properly, and delighted when they seem to not sound like a fake accent.

Thanks. And, oh, that sounds like something I would love to attend (had it not been for that ocean and the probably during-shabbat and, well, the complete impossibility), and I don't even know anything about screenwriting. I'm glad you ladies are going to attend, though.

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

The way you type your Rs is a dead giveaway, but the accent adds to your appeal. (And I was only being a smartass up to the comma.)

Thanks, joe. Um, I think.

Also, you can ask the Buffistas I was lucky enough to meet last year regarding how I type my Rs.

Interesting things you hear around the internet...

Adam Baldwin is filming a pilot for a new TNT show about hostage negotiators. From what I can tell, I think he might just be a guest star in the pilot. He seems to be playing the bad guy.

stee recapped the first episode of Profit. Yay!

Elevator. Dad says, "Hey. Don't I know you?" Profit turns around. Casually: "Hi, Dad." Man, this has more twists and cliffhangers than Trapped In A Closet!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Suh-weet! I feel weird getting all fangirly after just two episodes (I think B&N delivers the set today), but I have large love so far.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I got all of the eps from Netflix a few days ago, and haven't had time to watch yet. I have a feeling they are going to be a large part of my weekend plans.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dude, I only saw the couple that were aired, and I've been talking about them ever since.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Dude, I only saw the couple that were aired, and I've been talking about them ever since.

I have never met anyone who saw the show and didn't instantly love it forever. It makes me almost suspicious of the low-ratings claim.

Of course, everyone who saw the show is here in this thread, so maybe it's not so surprising it was cancelled. BUT STILL.
