I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

I think the Republican Party has successfully learned how to use their highest profile members to control public office?

Wasn't Bono the tree guy?

Was John Wayne actually active in the Republican party?

I don't know if he was a registered Republican but, yes.

I think Kat was responding to me responding to you about your confusion as to whether I was responding to your assassination question by stating Sonny Bono. Who I knew was a Republican, and an "actor."

I pondered whether it could be an assassination since liberals, they hug the trees, and maybe the tree wouldn't have been there if not for them.

He could have instead crashed into an oil refinery.

Ginger, thanks. That's interesting about Thompson. Sort of building both gigs at the same time. I always liked him on film. He was great in "Red October," I thought.

Among staffers on the Hill, years ago, there was a rumor that Fred Whozzit got a paige sent home because when the he stepped on the elevator, the paige allegedly said,"Lido Deck."

I find it hard to buy, not that a paige would say it (cause high schoolers yo), but that he'd send him home.
