From a strictly technical point of view, is it easier to hide everybody's censorable bits when standing up? Especially if minimal disrobing occurs?
The Minearverse 4: Support Group for Clumsy People
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Well, you could think of it as ruining sex, or you could think of it as greatly improving your workout.
I always fail those glass half full things.
You don't have to be standing up anything to be exercise. So it's not our fault. And it's totally not the fault of that chick whose shoe testimonial Betsy quoted in Bitches.
sounds like someone needs a girlfriend.
The original poster or the giggler (me)?
Cuz... I have one. I'm just twelve.
Nerdalert:
The difference between lay and lie is that lay is transitive and lie is intransitive. You cannot lie something else down; you cannot lay down without either a direct object or a passive verb.
The "get laid" mnemonic is pretty useful, actually.
You can get laid, but in traditional parlance you cannot get lied. Lie is always active, lay can be active (but only with a direct object!) or passive.
Also? Tim Minear is cool. I wonder if he has advice on how to keep 11-month old beagle puppies from biting you.
So ... and I've been thinking about this ... my biggest complaint about Tim doing a Spike movie is that Tim wouldn't be able to do what he does best. Namely, killing him.
Sure, he could kill other people. That would be jim dandy. But killing Spike at this point would be redundant. I'm not sure, but I think he's caught up with Darla in the death and ressurection racket.
Otherwise, let's face it -- I'll go just about anywhere Tim goes, and just about anywhere Joss goes, and just about anywhere the Buffyverse goes.
Because I'm a whore like that. And I know I'm not alone.
I always confuse "compose" and "comprise" no matter how often I look "comprise" up.
"Comprise" means "is composed of," basically.
Tim, Allyson, and ita, it was great to see you at the Serenity premiere.
I'm still disappointed that I didn't get to meet Kiba or see Kristen.
That is all.
Hi, Tamara! I have no idea why I was surprised you were there ... but I think I was more surprised to be recognised. Of course you were going to be there.
I was lucky enough to be invited by a guy who had an extra ticket. It was fabulous night.
