What, exactly, does The Inside have in common with Tru Calling ? Besides a female lead and the eventual hand of Jane Espenson?
My words exactly. I didn't receive a response.
Loved Rebecca's awkwardness when talking about Paul's baby scan.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Last fall Lost and VM were neck and neck in terms of my investment, and over the season Lost ended up in the "barely watchable" category while VM became app't tv.
I loved Lost at first, and VM not so much. The VM love grew for me over the season. Lost managed to switch from one of my favorites to almost unwatchable in the finale. I mean, if they hadn't said from the beginning that they had answers, wimping out wouldn't have bugged me so much, but I rearranged my day and company to catch it, and it was completely not worthwhile. And this is me after I've calmed down about it a lot.
I like this one a lot, so far. The pacing is just a little faster, the give and take snappier, and JANE! Love the Jane.
I love that Tim managed to get a picture of a penis on television.

Snorf. I hadn't even thought of that.
"How's it better?"
"It's technology?"
I think I work with these people. Or at least with Carter.
Um. He did? I -- oh! Right. I'm really bad with ultrasounds. I can only see the head when they're more than eight months old. Penis? Forget it.
Nice reveal.
Mm, cake.
Wait. Is that Ed Danvers? It totally is.
Nice guest stars on this bad boy.
Ah, technology. And....curious.
