Mal: Okay. She won't be winning any beauty contests anytime soon. But she is solid. Ship like this, be with ya 'til the day you die. Zoe: 'Cause it's a deathtrap.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Oh -- and she was more like a marionette, right? It was sort of Smile Time-y.

Yep, that's her.

Then I think I have it. That was the only reason I thought that might be it; the title sounded familiar. I got a videotape of MTV randomness out of a $2 bin a while back, and I'm fairly sure it's on that. I can make a DVD copy for you.

eep! I'd then be deeply grateful, which may result in music in return.

I think it means that check out time is before noon.

Funny.

Winter Steele

Now I'm trying to remember the name of the guy she was always looking for.

ETA: Because she was a Victim of Love.

De nada? Isn't it por nada? Or has "One Day at a Time"'s Schneider confuzzled me beyond all hope?

Where did you get all this 70s referentiality? You weren't even a zygote.

Coolness! I'm musically clueless so I need a helping hand anyway. Send me a mailing address (me at glumpish.com). Is DVD-R okay? My recorder can do formats I didn't know existed, so whatever's easiest.

Oh, and if I can throw in anything else, let me know, since even at XP I'm sure there'll be room.

Now I should make sure it really is on the tape I think it's on. But I know I've seen it relatively recently, and I'm pretty sure that's the only way I could have.
