[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Ben Evans? Meg Cummings? You wouldn't be talking about "Sunset Beach," would you, Kristen?

ETA: Oops. Forgot to add "Homefront" to that "Brilliant But Cancelled" list upthread. For a show set in the 1940's (and the Midwest), it was off the proverbial hook.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Everybody remember when Marley's trulove (Perry?) fell from the hayloft(?) and died? I had such a crush on him, I think I cried every episode for a week.

No, but I remember the "Ladykiller" video. That made me cry...but not in a good way.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

(sorry to interrupt the soap flow, but i have to ask.)

does anyone remember the show Freakylinks? that was FOX too, wasn't it? i loved that show. much like Firefly, Wonderfalls and The Inside one day it was there and the other *poof*. gone.

Yep.

I didn't watch "Freakylinks," because it didn't capture my interest any. But, you know what? I'm probably the only person on this planet who considers "Knots Landing" the Finest Show Ever Made...so, what do I know, you know?

Ohmigosh! One of my most favoritest shows evereverever! It shows on Sunday nights on one of my really far-up-the-dial cable channels (Goodlife, I think it is). I'm so not the demographic this channel's going for, if their commercials are an indicator. But I'm there every week! This week Jeff & Ginger finally got married! I don't think I saw it when it was broadcast. I was so excited!

SB & Dorothy 4EVA!

And now I seriously need to get outta here.

Really!? Crap. I don't get the Good Life network.

Left the Catholic Church a while ago, but I could light a candle for this request.

I'll see if I have any tapes left from when I was taping that I could loan out.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I'm trying to imagine what it would be like if Tim wrote a daytime soap opera. 300 pages a week! How long would it take for him to kill off every working actor in NY and LA?
