Oh, how quickly we forget "Buffalo Bill."
P'shaw. I'll see your Buffalo Bill, Boomtown, and Freaks and Geeks, and raise you Action, Tick, Profit, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Firefly, Wonderfalls, The Inside, Family Guy (re-upped), Greg the Bunny, and The Ben Stiller Show.
Honorable mentions: Undeclared, Tru Calling, John Doe, Futurama, Briscoe County, Brimstone, and Harsh Realm.
And all the shows I'm forgetting.
No need. I mean, aside from the fact that we all know them already, Family Guy made that list on the premiere and lo, it was good.
Must find the list. That's funny.
I think DCJ listed them in Bitches when it aired.
Frank's Place! Max Headroom! Wizards And Warriors! Mr. Terrific!

Huh. I have no idea why I knew that.
I was going to cut and paste the list in but I don't think I want to format it.
I'm pretty sure that, based on my Situation: Comedy viewing, funny is optional.
That show is a disaster, isn’t it? Ten finalists, and not a halfway decent one amongst them. I was kind to “Baked Alaska” and “Strings,” and maybe “Retailers”; but in the cold light of day, I realize, my kindness was misdirected.
I didn't pitch. It was about them explaining to me why I want to bring my next two things to them and not, um, someplace else.
Minear on the Peacock. Well, I guess it would depend on which night the network would air one of your shows. Ideally, if you had a show there, “Medium” on Monday nights would be the best lead-in for you…
Then again, NBC would probably throw your show on Friday nights, and expect you to out-perform Jennifer Love Hewitt’s breasts on CBS (should her show live that long, god forbid).
What's trendy is being a housewife acting like a queen.
Or, “There’s something in the water/sky/Air Force!” quasi-“Lost” knockoffs.
I can pitch a comedy about a Krav instructor with a constant cold.
And I can pitch a comedy…which sounds (and looks, and feels) an awful lot like “The John Larroquette Show”…which also aired on NBC…and which NBC also treated badly.
Yes, NBC cancelled Freaks & Geeks. But that's the only thing I can come up with that warrants a vendetta.
IMO, that’s more than enough.
I still miss that show something awful.

Frank's Place! Max Headroom! Wizards And Warriors! Mr. Terrific!
Slap Maxwell! Molly Dodd! Famous Teddy Z!!!
(Okay, so “Molly Dodd” ended up on Lifetime, but…come on, Lifetime?)
I can't believe I left out Keen Eddie.
And I can't believe you left out "Get a Life."
ETA: I would've said "Duet," but who are we kidding, huh?
Keen Eddie! With Rhind Tutt!
I'll never forgive the cancellation of Max Headroom. ABC is the villain there.
