NBC may not be such a bad place for a new Tim show. They don't have anywhere near the history of short-shrifting shows that Fox does. If anything, they tend to support quality programming even when they don't make the ratings. I.e. H:LOTS, Scrubs, Seinfeld, etc. In the drama category their upcoming shows aren't getting good buzz (Surface, Inconceivable, Three Wishes), and I think they finally hit bottom this year in ratings among the big 4 networks. The only solid genre show they have now is Medium which would be a good match with any Tim show.
Of course next to the abusive boyfriend FOX, any network looks rosier.
FOX still thinks they are the young upstart network.

Maybe they should look into some botox so they can keep looking in the mirror and telling themselves that.
I have sort of an imagined vendetta against NBC. I maybe hate them more than I hate FOX, or at least, when I was prompted to hate them, my hate for them was stronger than my hate for FOX. Possibly. Well, Wonderfalls skews everything, because that could have been my One True Show, the second.
Share the details of the imagined vendetta, please. An unshared vendetta is not worth vendetta-ing. (It is, actually; I just want to know.)

Yeah, spill. I was going to start a rumour that Cindy was a secret COP ROCK fan, but turns out that was ABC.
Well, NBC
did
have
Supertrain.
I'm trying to think of a NBC show that was cancelled that I didn't want to see cancelled.
ETA:
Santa Barbara.
Though that
was
NBC Daytime so I'll give them a pass.
Coupling.
Could I be more biased? Perhaps not.
