[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am really sick and tired of these parents out to fuck over my entertainment options.
I'm with Kristen on this one.

Which ep was June 15? I am trying to come up with ideas but really it is just best of show in my head. The good, the bad and the oogy.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

it's the man rape ep.

What is even happening?

See now, why didn't they just not watch? The entire subject matter of that one was one I wasn't going to be able to take easily, not just the rape. So? I didn't watch and I was fine.

I can see them complaining when show is aimed at their kids, but The Inside is clearly an adult show, and there are warnings at the beginning of it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I didn't watch and I was fine.

There should be a T-shirt.

Yes, this is my issue.

It's not like Tim snuck some manrape into the middle of Sesame Street.

Seriously? We have faces ripped off by their owners? Have children gutting children? And they get squeamish about some man rape? Huh.

Not even during SmileTime.

Well, he didn't use lube. Is that really the message you want to be sending to children?

And you know, Tim pointed out to me that while his ep was available one night for 46 minutes after 8pm with a big ole' warning at the beginning and during commercial breaks, any kid with an internet connection can watch it on right on the handwringers' site 24/7, just by clicking the link.

Therefore, I find it hilarious that they'd think of asking the FCC to fine anyone, given that hypocracy.

I'm not sure you're allowed to use lube on network television.

(Unless it's that funky KY warming lotion. I think they've bought ad time.)
