[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

At the rate Fox is going, Tim will have to get Scott in the pilot.

He could just call his next show "Scott".

The evil is this way?

And my city is windier, too.

Now, that is just a false untruth, missy.

What is even happening?

Exactly.

I think.

Anyhow, ask the mentally diverse [link] Boston is windier than Chicago and rainier than Seattle. All your weather belong to us. Sadly.

Another social casualty...

Herc at AICN has the following info (do with it what you will):

If your TiVo tells you next Wednesday’s episode of “The Inside” is on its “To Do List,” your TiVo lies to you.

We just got word from our mole deep inside the Fox network that the episode of Tim Minear’s serial killer thriller earmarked for July 27 has been bumped back to Aug. 3 - to make room for a special 90-minute installment of “So You Think You Can Dance.” "Dance" also preempted “Inside” this week.

In other Fox news, the almost-universally reviled “The Princes of Malibu” has been yanked indefinitely after only two airings. So perhaps “Inside” fans should count themselves lucky!

Um.

Out of curiosity, what were the ratings like for the "Dance" show?

So, dealyed again but not gone. Well. OK.

Out of curiosity, what were the ratings like for the "Dance" show?

For the 8 pm hour: 5.5/10

For the 9 pm hour: 7.0/12

Um.

Well, at least it's a good lead in for "The Inside", though I wonder about the demographic.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

We just got word from our mole deep inside the Fox network

...or, anyone who clicked on the Fox website, apparently.
