And what does the rating mean?
The Minearverse 4: Support Group for Clumsy People
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
It means nothing. I just feel vindicated that the show is building an audience and the advertising has wound down to just about nil. And yet, still building, and holding.
Sometimes it's worth it, I think, to nurture a risk you love, instead of stomping on it and moving onto even riskier gambles.
The Inside, I am confident, would grow into something solid, a conservative bet, maybe, like a 6 or something close to it. Dependable and good and eventually, Emmy nominated for writing, and for Peter Coyote.
I believe this. I don't think I'm craxy.
So, is it NOT cancelled? I've been skimming.
Last night's ep was AWESOME.
So, is it NOT cancelled?
Fox let the options on the cast go.
Ah.

That means they didn't for sure for sure sign the cast for x number of seasons?
That means they didn't for sure for sure sign the cast for x number of seasons?
For a while after shooting the 13, my understanding is that a cast will be under contract and can't accept other offers until that contract is over, which happened a week or two ago.
Got it.
So, in theory, Fox could do a big Whoopsie! and scramble to try and get the cast to re-sign, correct?
Yes, in theory. But per Tim, FOX didn't do this very little thing, that is essentially chump change for them, and I got the impression that often, networks do this thing as a matter of course, just in case, so it doesn't bode well. Also, if the cast is smart, they're looking for new gigs, and since they're talented and pretty, they're likely to find them.
I don't know if anybody else has noticed yet, but the next episode appears to have been leaked online.
Edit: No, actually, it hasn't. I am just unbelievably stupid. Next I'll be reviewing that Buffy episode by Tim Minnear again.
