Plus, he may have done it for himself as well. Did you see how he was freaking when Paul had quit? He needs him, for whatever reasons.
Maybe I phrased that poorly. I don't mean that Web actually did something self-sacrificing. But when I try and get in Paul's head, I can see it as a thing that Paul might perceive as self-sacrificing. (He said he gave Paul those orders, the higher-ups say they were shitty orders, Web goes buhbye...)

much better today, but the nurse told me that the fourth and sixth days after the surgery are the worst. so i'm holding my breath about tomorrow. if it gets too bad, i'm leaving work early.
