I think 3 months may be a common rule for allowing paid time off for being sick, but if you are sick, stay home anyway.
In a "good" job, sure -- but its not a just world and your average minimum wage sucker or office minion could get canned for it.

Sadly, the reason I can find it at all attractive is because there isn't much room for me to have more migraines, so I'd be donor not recipient.
